**Month to month is not available as a membership; best option is a punch card.
**The prices are for unlimited CrossFit classes during the week/month. Any questions, please inquire. No hassles. We do not require that you pre-sign in for any class times. Simply come to the classes that are most convenient for you.
Terms and Conditions
• You can pay monthly or you can pay the entire amount one time and be done. If paying monthly, auto-draft required. (For the 12 month term, it must be paid in full to receive the discounted rate.)
• Monthly term must be completed (3, 6, or 12 months). No refunds of unused months. Cancellation of this term before completion will result in charge (penalty) of 3 x Month to Month Rate.
• WI Sales tax will be added to all memberships/retail sales, etc.
• Athletes may participate in CrossFit sessions only with an updated and paid account.
• Non-sufficient funds (NSF) or returned checks will be charged a fee of $30 per transaction.
• Membership date starts the day you submit payment.
Any account may be frozen:
• with thirty (30) day notification for an injury or long-term illness or military deployment, etc. Things beyond your control are acceptable.
• Account freezes may last no longer than ninety (90) days.

Family Options

Each additional person is 30% off the rate chosen above. Family is considered to be spouse, legal partner, son/daughter, legal parent or guardian, brother/sister and/or same address boyfriend/girfriend/fiance (must prove via bill/DL/etc.). **Applies to monthly memberships only (not punch cards, etc).


Punchcard

Perfect option for those that have erratic schedules (travelers) or want to go month to month w/o a commitment. Use at any time – expiration 3 months after issue.
10 class = $150
25 class = $350

Drop-in Option

For the visiting CrossFitter. Open to experienced CrossFitters with at least 3 months of experience. If you are new to CrossFit, please come to our free intro workouts or Boot Camp (see schedule for time). Please contact us/sign up for the free class before showing up.
Drop-in Fee =$15, or buy a t-shirt!
If staying longer term, we can arrange something while you WOD away from home.

Sometimes your schedule doesn’t quite fit with our Elements Course or CrossFit classes, or maybe you are not comfortable in the group training atmosphere. If this is you, consider personal training as an option. Most clients begin with personal training for a series of 12 sessions. This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
  • weight loss and improved body composition
  • extra accountability
  • you have been sedentary
  • you are new to exercise
  • you are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
  • you have specific performance oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.)
  • you have significant health or orthopedic issues*
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial sessions you may then choose to continue with personal training or progress into our group classes.
*Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues will remain personal training clients
